A maintenance treatment may be considered once the filler has gradually reduced, typically after 9–18 months, depending on individual response, product longevity and desired outcome.

Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the nose for the first few hours. Avoid heavy glasses, strenuous exercise, alcohol, excessive heat, saunas, steam rooms and facial treatments for 24–48 hours. Temporary swelling, tenderness and bruising may occur.
